As recorded in TECHNIP Annual Report, in 2003 the TECHNIP GROUP joined UN Global Compact and committed to its ten principles concerning human rights, labor standards, protection of the environment and work against all forms of corruption.

Labor standards are those set by ILO:
  Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining
  the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor
  the effective abolition of child labor, and
  eliminate discrimination in respect of employment and occupation
